Lennox Parts Plus “Last-Mile” Location

Bender Commercial Real Estate Services represented Lennox: Heating and Cooling HVAC Systems in helping to find a “last mile” location in Sioux Falls for a Lennox Parts Plus store. Lennox’s goal is to provide contractors with one-day pick-ups for their products. Expectations for the delivery of goods is getting faster and faster and Lennox is working hard to stay ahead of those expectations. Lennox Parts Plus will be leasing 10,000 sq. ft. in a newly constructed building on Madison Street. Lennox’s expectation is to open their doors in December of this year or January 2018.
