Cole thrives on helping businesses find their perfect locations and guiding owners through successful property sales.
Growing up on a farm and transitioning to town life at 13, Cole’s entrepreneurial spirit was ignited by his father’s venture into the hotel industry. Surrounded by a family of business visionaries, he immersed himself in the world of hotels from a young age, gaining invaluable experience in management and operations.
In 2002, Cole brought his drive to Sioux Falls, where he earned a four-year golf scholarship at the University of Sioux Falls. While excelling on the golf course, he continued to support his family’s hotel business until their retirement led to the sale of the properties.
Cole’s real estate journey took off in 2017, starting with transforming distressed homes into profitable rental properties. His passion for real estate and the Sioux Falls area has only intensified, expanding into all facets of the industry—buying, selling, construction, and brokerage.
Fun Facts
Outside of work, Cole has been happily married to his wife, Kelly, since 2007. They have two sons, Gavin and Milo, and live in Tea, just south of Sioux Falls.
