Beckman Lot Sales

Over the past two months, Doug Brockhouse and Rob Fagnan have sold three (3) lots and put one under contract in the Hagedorn Industrial Park.  The industrial lots, ranging from 47,126 to 65,812 square feet, are located southwest of the I-29 Tea Exit.  The intentions of the buyers are to construct owner-occupied contractor shops.  Additional unites will be available for lease.  There are currently three (3) lots remaining.
