Downtown Grocery Store to Open

Keller’s Green Grocery has taken over the ballroom area of the Carpenter Building. The company plans on providing a European-style grocery experience with locally sourced products and always fresh ingredients.

Dustin Haber leased out a space in the Carpenter Building in Downtown Sioux Falls to Keller’s Green Grocery. Haber represented both the landlord and the tenant.
