Bender, Anderson Ranked In SIOR’s Top Transactions List of 2019

Michael Bender, CCIM, SIOR and Andi Anderson, SIOR were recently honored by the Society of Industrial and Office Realors® (SIOR), which represents the world’s elite in industrial and office brokerage, for its annual Top Transactions Lists of 2019 in the category of office sales.

The 127,332 square foot office property, located at 500 East 56th Street North, was the 26th largest office property transaction in 2019. 

“Regardless of the size of transaction, we’re trying to provide valuable insights to our clients. A deal like this takes time to work through, but everything lined up last year to finalize the sale,” said Michael Bender. 

The Top Transactions are presented to the largest sales and lease transactions, ranked by square footage, completed by SIOR members worldwide. In 2019, 500 SIOR members reported 2,572 transactions, totaling more than 147 million square feet and $19 billion in leases and sales in the industrial, investment, office, land, alternative assets, and redevelopment sectors.
