In the heart of Sioux Falls, Alex Soundy represented the buyer in the acquisition of Dakota Lofts, an upscale, luxury, Class A apartment building downtown. The property was constructed in 2013 and has contemporary features and amenities. Dakota Lofts has a total of 40 units – (24) two-bedroom, two-bathroom units, (16) one-bedroom, one-bathroom units, 49 heated underground parking spaces, additional surface parking, an elevator, and leasing office.

The out-of-state buyer and Soundy have collaborated on multiple acquisitions this past year. This was the buyer’s third investment property acquired in South Dakota.
